About Us.

At the Elisabeth School of Dance, it is our aim to produce well-trained dancers and instill confidence,  self-discipline, musicality and most importantly a love of dance.

We hope your time at our school fills you with many happy memories which last long into adulthood.

Lisa started dancing at a very young age and at three years old won her first gold medal at a dance competition, the first of many throughout her dancing career. At nine years old she was offered a place to train at the famous Ballet Russe in Monte Carlo, but her parents thought she was too young. She was then accepted as a JA at the Royal Ballet School.

Among Lisa's successes was to win the coveted Ruby Ginner Cup, the Ruby Ginner Award, the Gandolfi Shield plus two monetary awards for Classical Greek Dance covering Great Britain. She has also won many Choreographic Awards. Her love of children and teaching led her to open her own very successful school from which a number of pupils have gone on to have successful dance and teaching careers of their own.
